We at TBC SHIPMANAGEMENT Company LTD have highly-skilled and experienced squads of painters.

They  are working on board of the vessels ( inside and outside the ship ) as well as on shore.

Our professionals can provide services during the vessel’s voyage.  

There is a person with good English knowledge in each team, who works as a foreman and conducts the communication with the ship’s crew.

The squads consists of workers with deep knowledge of painting process and extensive experience of work at ship yards, marine projects and civil construction.  

Every specialist has full package of necessary documents to start the work immediately.  

Also our rope access technicians can do painting works in hard to access areas.  

We carry out every step of the whole process:


1. Project scope estimation

Preparing full list of equipment necessary for cleaning and painting works, painting materials calculation and finalization of it with the client


2. Hydro-blasting / Sand-blasting

Cleaning the surface from old paint coats and rust with the help of high-pressure water jetting or abrasive sand-jet cleaning


3. Surface preparation

Rubbish and paint residue disposal, blow drying of the surface before painting works


4. Painting process

Coatings are applied in accordance with paint manufacturer’s guidelines and in compliance with all the necessary criteria


5. Project commissioning


Inspection of the coating, reporting of coating condition, elimination of imperfections, in case of need.


We use rented (by employer) hydro-blasting /sand-blasting equipment, painting machines, fans, drying machines and other necessary inventory.


Our Experience


2004 - 2009 m/v “Lindos” and m/v “Gianni D” Goldenport Shipmanagement Ltd, Greece - sand-blasting and hydro-blasting of ballast tanks followed by painting with two component paint.


2014 Crude Oil Tanker “SCF Ural” - removed oil fuel from cargo tanks (50 m3 in 7 days).


2015 Crude Oil Tanker “SCF KUBAN” – removal of 50 tons of petroleum residues in 10 days. Cleaning and painting of 10 ballast tanks, main pipes, 2 masts, deck superstructure, sloop-beam, smoke-pipe, 3 cat-davits, all air valves of ballast tanks during 2.5 months.


2015 m/v “Beccaria” - hydro-blasting and painting of holds with the help of airless sprayer, cleaning and painting the hull (external part), the mast, the smoke-pipe.


2015-2016 "Saint Nazaire" Shipyard, France - painting of the ship sections for passenger lines.

2013 - M/V "HC Elida", onboard ship-repair. Power-tool cleaning, painting of engine department, smoke pipe, sloop beam, deck repair works. The foreman of 8 persons riding squad.

2013-2014 - m/v "Lady Fell", onboard ship-repair. Power-tool cleaning and painting of main pipes, deck superstructure, sloop-beam, ballast tanks.
